Due to the custom nature of our gift curation service, all sales are final. However, we want you to love your experience!
Replacement May Be Granted If:
- The item was damaged during delivery (must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with photo evidence)
- The wrong item was sent
No Refunds Will Be Granted For:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect personalization submitted in the request form
- Delayed shipping caused by third-party carriers
Exchanges
In most cases, exchanges are not possible due to the unique curation of each box. However, we’ll do our best to make it right if there’s an issue.
